When you keep everything inside, there will come a time when it will all explode and those around you will get hurt. 

Attaining a higher position does not give you the right to step on others. A good leader pulls you up, not push you down.  

It is better to be in a company of less people with empathetic souls rather then be in a group of loud people looking only for pleasure. 

Sure taking me a lot of time to rise up from the ashes. I fell so much that it was so deep that I cannot climb as quick as I should.
