Go On Living!

We are always on a look-out for something amazing and our curiosity brings out to discover what we intend or not intend to find out. The children in my class are always looking for things to look at, or touch and feel, and in our everyday walk in the garden, we find a veritable treasure of creepy crawlies, living and non-living things and sometimes weird and odd finds.

These toadstools are always visible in our school's garden.  They are beautiful to look thus the photograph.  Some children looked at them like umbrellas and our imagination tells us that they could be used by ants and other insects for shade and protection from the rain.  Some share that they were enticing to pick and add to their delicious broth of sand and soup, within the confines of their dramatic play.  While most of us give the idea that they were posionous and not for the hands to touch.

Our curiosity makes us wonder and then wander to many places.  In our imagination, our idea of the unknown and inexperience to new things bring out either a chance to seek or to just wonder.  While I was curious of what travelling could do to me, I did.  While I was curious as to what furthering my studies will do, I did.  While I was curious to fall in love, I did. Though not all came through by my own will, but they did.

And thus we grow because we gave ourselves a chance to experience things.  We become what we are right now, for the decisions we made.  We learned because we met certain experiences that made us question life and later answered by life as well.

Go on and explore things.  Go and travel.  Further your studies.  Learn a new trade.  Be bored and then get those creative juices in action.
