Chiang Rai Asean Flower Festival

I might be on a garden tour as I went around the city of Chiang Rai.  There were three outstanding gardens at that time and this particular place showcased the beauty of flowers and the shared ties and cultures among people in Southeast Asia.

The wide body of water welcomed me as I entered the gardens of Mae Kok.  Mae Kok River being one of the rivers that runs through from Myanmar to Thailand and ending up into a lake.

The entire park was transformed into visually stunning arrays of landscapes that included trees, rocks, water, and other garden-themed elements.  Painstakingly done with a meticulous eye for details, the feelings invoked were that of surprise, admiration and appreciation of nature.

The display of domestic and exotic flowers gave drama to the entire park for its colours, vibrancy, and differentiation.  It was nature at its best.

Most of the gardens were for free, entrance-wise, as it commemorates the death of the King while celebrating the ascension of the new one.  It was a well-worth visit as the theme of the entire garden was focused on the people's gratitude to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej

I could see clearly how beautiful the many landscapes with blooming flowers. I could spend hours walking around such havens. I could just take a nap or read books under the shady trees.. This is Amazing Thailand.

The beauty of the flowers were highlighted by how they were displayed through well-planned landscaping and this was admirable from the creative brains and effort of all the planners, landscapers and gardeners. I am also appreciative of those who continuously swept and make the garden pristine during my visit. Worth all the travels I did this new year.

And I thought nothing could rival the gardens of Europe. Enferness, ma bongga diyan, mabulaklak. hahaha!

How's His Majesty doing? Is he ok? He seems to be quite of an asshole, from what i have read about him when he was still the crown prince. He's not even handsome. Ugh! hahaha!

Mabulaklak nga at walang bayad kaya bongga!

I have not heard of anything about the new King. Maybe in the next months, we do not know. Siyanga pala, inggat sa pagbatikos, makulong tayo.
