Always been, will be, a part of every school year. An art auction to benefit once again, children with cleft palate. The proceeds will go to Operation Smile and the children in my class will share their artworks done throughout the year.

Our theme this year is Dialogues with Trees so the artworks are mostly inspired by the garden and our environment.

Salamat. The story behind the first one is about a group of mice, who are friends (thus the play of words from nice to mice for the title), taking care of a tree. The story allne is wonderful and the effect of light at the back of this art piece makes it stunning.
Thank you for the comment. I am inspired by them as much as they are inspired by things around them. I teach that, as it is difficult for children to focus and pick something to look at. The creativity comes from practise and when things are ready, I let them paint in big canvasses. The end result is great but the process is what makes it as one.
Having come from a conversation with you about your being "inexperienced with some things and yet expert with others", may I just say, hayaan na lang naten yung mga bagay na di ka expert at.

Such lovely artworks!! I always love to see artworks. For me, enjoying arts is a part of my daily life.
I like to find various arts in many small things around me, in dresses,table cloths, cushions, coffee mats,notebooks,and so on. I imagine that the second one could be a lovely summer dress!!The third one could be masks. We have fashionable masks and enjoy them!
