a friendship's journey

I am resurrecting a blog we made with my high school friends and our last post was 11 years ago. Here is my first post to start anew.

 

In high school halls, our paths first crossed,

A bond was formed, no love was lost.

Though separate ways we chose to roam,

We found our purpose, and built our homes.

Families blossomed, lives took flight,

Through trials faced, we held on tight.

With laughter shared and tales retold,

In every heart, our friendship bold.

We gathered 'round for meals and cheer,

In talks that flowed, we drew near.

Through playful fights and heartfelt tears,

Life’s vibrant dance, through all the years.

For each unique thread that weaves our fate,

A tapestry rich, we celebrate.

I cherish you all, with gratitude bright,

For love and respect, a guiding light.

So here’s my wish, wrapped in love,

A bond unbroken, blessed from above.

Thank you, dear friends, for being so true,

Together we thrive, forever anew.
