Pupil 1: Teacher, he called me a loser!
Teacher: I don't think it is a good word to use to your friends. Can you say sorry to him?
Pupil 2: Sorry for calling you stupid!
Teacher writing on the board, I lost my voice and then pointing at her mouth.
Children reading, I.....lost....my.... TEETH?
And then I answered, "I lost my sanity."
Two children were running inside the classroom.
Teacher: What should I do if I see children running in class?
Pupil: Kill them!
Teacher: People bring food to the temple. Do you know where it goes?
Pupil: Into the tummy!
Pupil: You know, when people die, they put them in boxes and bake them!
Teacher: Yum!
Teacher: Let's identify the planets in order.
Teacher and Pupil: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Ju.....
Pupil: June, July, August!

That's right, hindi puro sakit sa ulo. They make the most challenging day a breeze. A big smile a day keeps the stress away.
The beauty of teaching is not the teaching itself but the realization that they are learning. The best part of the process is when the children become spontaneous and fun which makes our lives as teachers easier.
Saan ka duon, makulit, inosente, nakakatuwa? Kiddie meals ah, mukhang gutom ka na naman, lol! That's right, you should see mu face whenever they answer me back, priceless! Kung may camera lang sila to take my photo.
Somebody told me that I don't age and this is because I work with children. Nothing is boring everyday. It might be a usual morning and afternoon thing to be in school and teach but everyday is just different.
The laughter in my class is like fireworks. Once I unleash my funny side, the children's laughter fill the room and everybody is happy. I look at my profession as a performance and the children are my most deserving audience.
I have a new student just this week and when he went back home, his mother asked me about his day. He said, "Mr. Jonathan is so funny!"
I fondly remember clearly my teachers who were funny, even now. The jokes they cracked, the things they taught with humor added in good measure, I never forget and cannot be forgotten !
A cool laughter, a good quality joke that is not like making fun of people, such things are wonderful, my dear friend.

Well-rounded personality!
My fave teachers or people are those with a good sense of humour. Just like you I am no fan of argumentum ad baculum. I won't be able to post Pinoy jokes because my jokes are outdated. Maybe Thai jokes next time.
Mabait ako nung maliit ako at tahimik so I had seen a lot of children with the same traits. Kung batang nasa primary school, yes, I already met one and thought of parang ako. Ikaw ba? Mabait ka ba nung maliit ka?
A needed break from all those negativities.
Pareho tayo, hanggang bata na nga lang. Sulat mo rin yung mga best moments in class and when you look back in a few years, tatawa ka na lang!
When I visited cher Kat last July and taught in her class, sad to say, halos pareho ang cognitive level ng klase ko and hers, English wise. Third graders yung sa kanya while I teach four years old children. I felt the needs of the children in her school and I am so happy to always hear that cher Kat is doing her best to make the children better.
That's true and the children are never boring.
Thanks, if I can remember everything in the classroom I could probably write a humour book next time. Unfortunately, I don't.
The question is, what did I do to the child who answered kill them, I spoke to him and later found something odd.

That's right and it is that innocence that makes their stories pure and truthful.
You know, I think I will start writing funny words from the elderly too:)
